The Doyle is the dream of singer-songwriter Mary Ellen Doyle and artist Steven Spann, who met when Mary Ellen was visiting from New York City. She was looking to rent a converted warehouse loft, and Steven showed her the apartment. Together, they dreamed of searching for inspiring spaces where people could live, create, and thrive. They converted a beautiful 1949 warehouse in downtown Las Vegas into a one-of-a-kind boutique event space that is a popular place to hold weddings. Steven and Mary Ellen’s labor of love honors the past while celebrating the present, inspiring couples to be hopeful about the future.

Couples can experience this Las Vegas vintage 1949 gem right in the heart of downtown. This unique wedding venue is filled with natural light and has a rustic, industrial-chic ambiance. It features a barrel ceiling, original period wood trusses, white-washed walls, and a large courtyard. The Doyle can host up to 200 guests for a wedding.
The interior is bright, open, and airy. White walls and elegant light fixtures allow plenty of opportunity for customization. The exterior features grass, elegant draping, lights, greenery, and wide open space for outdoor receptions.

Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, this rustic industrial space can accommodate up to 200-230 guests. It features a restaurant and chandelier lighting, tables and chairs (round tables, serving tables, farmhouse tables, and bistro highboy tables), couches, two roll-up doors, a large courtyard, easy access for vendors, a bar and buffet area, a prep room, bridal room, and games such as corn hole and bocce ball.
Wedding rentals include using the 5,000 square-foot event space, surround sound, an HDMI projector, elegant lighting, tables, chairs, three couches, and access to the courtyard.
