Situated in Henderson, Nevada, Green Valley Ranch is a gorgeous wedding venue full of unique spaces for the special day. With a balance of extravagance and tranquility, this elegant venue brings the couple’s vision of their dream wedding brought to life.
From intimate, open-air weddings in the property’s lush gardens to large-scale, extravagant ballroom weddings, this venue has a wide variety of diverse spaces to accommodate any couple’s preferences and needs.
Details of the Grounds
The Piazza (Grand Staircase) features stunning architectural details and can hold 100-175 guests for a ceremony. This venue location serves as the perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. The Garden Amphitheater has an amazing cypress tree entrance area and lush greenery. Additionally, it can hold 200 or more guests for the ceremony and 200 or more guests for a dinner reception. This vibrant outdoor space showcases the beauty of nature. The Pool Cafe can be used for the reception and can hold 100-150 guests. There are also several ballroom options for the event.
A customized wedding cake is provided for the couple to design with the venue’s pastry chef to serve as dessert at the reception. Moreover, there are many cake flavors, fillings, and icing options for couples to choose from.

Wedding Details
Site fees for wedding packages vary by day of the week and time of year. Green Valley Ranch events require minimum guest counts and minimum catering purchases. Furthermore, ceremony speaker systems include a mixer, audio cable, wireless microphone, speakers, and power. Outdoor events must end by 10 PM due to city noise ordinances.
The Green Valley Plated Dinner package includes a 30-minute ceremony with an arch, microphone, theater-style seating with white garden chairs, and a 30-minute ceremony rehearsal. The four-hour reception includes one hour for cocktails and three hours for dinner. The Green Valley Ranch wedding includes:
- set up and tear down,
- uniformed staff,
- a customized diagram of the ceremony and reception spaces,
- four hours of bar services,
- hand passed hors d’oeuvres,
- a three-course plated dinner menu,
- banquet set up in round or long tables,
- a dance floor,
- linens,
- candles,
- a champagne toast,
- a customized wedding cake,
- complimentary valet parking, and
- overnight accommodations for the bride and groom on their wedding night.
You can add a dinner buffet, dessert buffet, pre-ceremony beverages, late-night snacks, or reception stations for an additional cost. Wedding favors and spa packages are also available to add to any wedding package for an additional fee.
